The drawings were created on the basis of the frames from the movies Mexico Tomorrow (Aleksander Ścibor-Rylski, 1965) and Good Bye, Till Tomorrow (Janusz Morgenstern 1960). Besides the notion of tomorrow, what the two titles have in common is Zbyszek Cybulski. He plays in a lot of polish movies produced in Wrocław's Feature Film Studio. In its buildings (among others) European Culture Congress had a place in September this year.

The important starting point of this work was the fragment of Mrożek’s Diary, more precisely the one from May 25th 1964:
“(...) I also wanted to say something about Poland. It is nice there, because you are always waiting. Everything is being built, nothing is ever finished. There is always tomorrow there. (...).For some, that tomorrow will be some other regime, for others, it will be an achievement of power in that regime, which takes place now. But nobody realises one thing, because it’s difficult: that there will be nothing tomorrow, because tomorrow is a fraud, there is only today.”

Rysunki powstały na bazie kadrów z filmów Jutro Meksyk (Aleksander Ścibor-Rylski, 1965) i Do widzenia, do jutra (Janusz Morgenstern, 1960). Oprócz jutra, łączy je (również z Wrocławiem) Zbyszek Cybulski, który zagrał w wielu filmach zrobionych we wrocławskiej Wytwórni Filmów Fabularnych. W jej dawnych budynkach, między innymi, odbywał się we wrześniu Europejski Kongres Kultury.

Ważnym punktem wyjścia do tej pracy był fragment z Dziennika Mrożka, dokładniej z dnia 25 maja 1964 roku:
„(...) też chciałem coś powiedzieć o Polsce. Tam jest miło, bo tam zawsze się czeka. Tam wszystko się zawsze „buduje", tam nic nigdy nie jest gotowe. Tam zawsze trwa „jutro" (...). Dla jednych to jutro będzie innym ustrojem, dla innych osiągnięciem władzy w tym ustroju, który jest. Ale z jednego nikt nie zdaje sobie sprawy, bo to ciężko: że nic już nie będzie jutro, bo jutro to oszustwo, zawsze jest tylko teraz."
