Writing down the titles of all projects which participate in the exhibition WAVE/S ...BETWEEN... THE PLACE AND THE TIME I didn't knew how their implementations will be linked to their titles. One of the main presumptions of this exhibition was to confront different generations of active wrocław's artists. I tried to answer the question if there can be found any specific, vexed problems in the works’ titles that can be recognized at the title level only (no realizations, just titles). The boards with the list of separated, still titles form the field for "the study of the (art)community". The base of the idea behind the project is a picture of interfering waves – I wanted to check if a list of works’ titles can be an equivalent of such graph. I wanted to check if waving of ideas in Wroclaw’s art community can be visible in language. Basing on words/sentences I wanted to check if there are any common points for different generations of artists. I wanted to check how their ideas can interfere at the level of language.

Wypisując tytuły wszystkich projektów biorących udział w wystawie FALA/E SZTUKI ...POMIĘDZY... MIEJSCEM A CZASEM nie wiedziałam, jakie realizacje będą się z nimi łączyć. Jednym z głównych założeń tej wystawy była konfrontacja aktywnych wrocławskich artystów z różnych pokoleń. Zainteresowało mnie, czy na etapie poznania jedynie tytułów prac uwidocznią się jakieś specyficzne, powracające problemy. Plansze ze spisem wyseparowanych, wykadrowanych tytułów stanowią więc pole do „studium nad środowiskiem". Mając w głowie obraz interferencji fal, założyłam, że na podstawie prostej listy-rysunku można będzie się przyjrzeć czy na przecięciu fal – różne pokolenia artystów w jednym miejscu i czasie – tytułowe „falowanie idei" we wrocławskim środowisku jest w jakiś sposób wrażeniowo/językowo uchwytne.
